The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you're tenacious, driven, and passionate about education, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
* Source, screen, and place candidates in line with client requirements
* Build and manage long-term relationships with schools and educators
* Drive new business through lead generation and outbound activity
* Match candidates to suitable job roles using a variety of tools
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including aftercare
* Accurately maintain client and candidate data
* Meet and exceed KPIs and financial targets
* Stay up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience (education sector a bonus)
* Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
* Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management
* Ambitious, resilient and target-driven
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Solid ICT skills and accurate data entry capability
