We are now seeking a full time Retail Host (40 hours) to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team—someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
* Deliver a seamless and personable customer experience, guiding and entertaining our customers and guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
* Possess a strong understanding of the brands history and use to this story tell throughout the store
* Set up and excite customers through activations and pop ups
* Work in personal shopping, attending to VIPS coming to the store
* Help out across the floor in any capacity
What We're Looking For:
* Energy and an understanding of pace within a busy retail environment
* Strong communication skills (strong command of the English language is necessary, with knowledge of an additional language a plus)
* A strong knowledge of Piccadilly, London & Bicester (restaurants, landmarks, hotels, etc.)
* A friendly warm approach with great people skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
* Outstanding communication skills.
