An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contracts & Reporting Officer to join our Strategic Commissioning & Procurement Team at Hampshire County Council.
The Role:
The Strategic Commissioning and Procurement Team supports Hampshire County Council and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service as well as providing procurement services to a number of other external clients including County Council's, Combined Mayoral Authorities, District, Borough and Parish Council's, National Park Authorities and educational establishments.
We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts & Reporting Officer to specifically support our commercial contracts and procurement preparations for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).
What you’ll do:
The role is required to support consistent, robust and accurate commercial contract data collection, the analysis and maintenance of records in relation to the Council’s commercial contracts and to support procurement activity using the Contract Management and e-Procurement Systems. The role will support the production of accurate and timely contract data and information to provide knowledge and insight to support the LGR process.
