Job Description
Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Project Manager in the Leeds area. This role is due to start immediately and is working on a part-time basis – 2 days a week. We are looking for an experienced PM to lead the project in Leeds city centre on a new build 2 story gym. This includes steel frame, external cladding and an internal fit out.
Responsibilities
* Manage the site based Site Manager
* Organise and manage subcontractors on site
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
* Liaise with the client
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with H S regulations
Experience and Qualifications
* Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
* Must have detailed experience on similar projects
* Must have strong organisational and communication skills
