* Supervise staff

* Control cost of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
* Control, organise and monitor material flow to ensure the product is finished on time and on budget

* Hands‑on, task‑oriented with experience operating digital presses
* Strong team‑management and people‑motivation skills
* Excellent organisational ability and prioritisation of work
* Initiative, confident decision‑making and methodological approach to projects
