I am working with a London based SaaS platform that uses generative AI to help boards make more informed decisions.
They're bootstrapped, super profitable and working with some of the biggest names out there.
They are looking for their founding, Product led Customer Success Manager, someone to help refine the product through live feedback loops with their 700 customers. This person needs to be hands on, strategic and show them CS best practise.
As their founding Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face of the business and help them grow their client base from 800k ARR TO 2M ARR.
You will be working in a small team of 10 and be in the central London office 4 times per week.
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Expert will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention. This individual will work closely with the product team and leverage their expertise to enhance the overall customer experience.
Must-Haves:
* Act as a Customer Success (CS) expert, potentially with experience as a #2 to a "Head of" in a similar role.
* Thrive in a product-led environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of product offerings.
* Possess a proactive mindset and a track record of implementing initiatives that drive company growth.
