Location: Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Rate: £27 Ltd / £21.71 PAYE (excluding holiday pay)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Early Intervention Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an NHS team in Nottingham.
Role Overview:
This is a full-time position within an Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team, supporting individuals experiencing first episodes of psychosis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering recovery-focused care, promoting early engagement, and preventing long-term mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
Monitor mental health status and medication adherence
Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
Support patients in accessing community resources and services
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standardsRequirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
Experience working in early intervention or community mental health settings
Strong understanding of psychosis and recovery models
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
