What you will do:
* Conduct assessments and develop care plans to safeguard and promote the well-being of children and families
* Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for service users
* Provide direct support and interventions to families in need, utilizing a strengths-based approach
* Maintain up-to-date records and prepare necessary documentation to support service delivery and case management
* Participate in meetings and case reviews, contributing to strategic decision-making
* Liaise effectively with Social Services teams and other professionals involved in care and protection
Requirements for the role:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
* Current registration with Social Work England
* Considerable frontline experience within Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker
