Full – Time, On-Site in Leatherhead.
Salary 50k PA
Dennys Brands is a leading supplier of clothing to the hospitality and corporate uniform market. Our headquarters in Leatherhead integrates sales of our own brands of catering clothing, with our warehouse operations along with finance, design, purchasing, and production departments. We also feature a flagship store near Oxford Street that showcases all our brands including Joseph Alan, specialising in bespoke uniforms and made-to-measure tailoring.
Summary
We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Leatherhead head office, playing an essential role in driving growth in the sale of our own brands. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will lead by example, converting sales, and developing new customers. You will be articulate, confident and calm, demonstrating diligence and tenacity to establish collaborative working relationships with marketing, purchasing and broader internal departments.
The Role:
· Identify leads, generate new sales, and develop the overall business
· Build strong client relationships that translate account needs into business opportunities, as well as ensuring client retention via reactive and proactive account management.
· Develop and drive strategies that focus on revenue growth
· Inspire the team – set the standard on service, communication and conversations.
About You:
· National account experience – maintaining and growing an existing portfolio and building new sales
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
· Commercially focussed with a passion for driving revenue
· Strong communicator with solid planning skills and attention to detail
· Confident in motivating and leading others
· Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
· Computer literate and the able to understand sales reports
· Proven ability to work with a high level of independence
· Fluency in English with excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
