What You’ll Be Doing
* To prepare daily allergen sheets in line with medical diet procedures
* To produce relevant guest facing media and materials for all food items & marketing materials
* Updating booking systems and internal databases
* Managing and maintaining employee personnel files
* Following KCSIE Recruitment process in line with client expectations
* Providing support to the culinary & front of house teams
* Organising and monitoring compliance documentation relating to:
o Health & Safety
o Food Safety
o Training records
o Matrix monitoring
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* The ability to learn new software systems quickly
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
* An understanding of finance and accounting principles (desirable)
