A successful residential childcare worker will be responsible for:
* Implement behavioural management techniques and promote positive social skills.
* Maintain records of the children progress and behaviour.
* Advocate for the children needs and rights.
* Organise activities to promote socialisation.
* Ensure a safe and clean residential environment.
To be successful in your residential childcare worker application, you will:
* Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK working in a residential setting with young people aged below 16 years
* Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
* Have strong communication skills
* Register under the PVG scheme
* Full driving license(Preferred)
* Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
