We have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Manchester office.
The role
We're looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Facilities Assistant to play a key role in delivering a first‑class service to colleagues, clients, and visitors. In this varied and hands‑on role, you'll support the smooth running of our office by providing exceptional facilities, reception, reprographics, and general workplace support.
This is a fully office-based role in our Manchester office, working Monday - Friday (35 hours per week).

The person
You'll be organised, approachable, and adaptable with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. You'll enjoy working as part of a supportive team, be confident using Microsoft Office, and be willing to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.
The activities
Managing mailroom operations, courier bookings, stationery supplies and the facilities inbox.
Setting up meeting rooms, supporting desk moves, and helping staff with facilities queries.
Delivering a professional reception service including visitor welcome, meeting room management, catering coordination and call handling.
Providing a full reprographics service including printing, scanning, binding and quality checking documents.
Carrying out daily building inspections, basic maintenance tasks, contractor coordination and health & safety checks.
Assisting with basic IT tasks such as equipment setup, troubleshooting and AV support.
Upholding the firm's values, supporting colleagues, managing workloads effectively and maintaining excellent client care.
