Are you a driven sales professional with experience in solution selling and a solid understanding of CAD software?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing business in the storage solutions sector. They're looking to bring on board a Sales Manager to cover the Birmingham region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a sales territory across Birmingham and surrounding areas
2. Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
3. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored storage solutions
4. Use CAD software to prepare layout plans and technical drawings
5. Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to delivery
6. Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate planning and implementation
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales
2. Comfortable using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent)
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and customer-first approach
5. Full UK driving licence
6. A positive attitude towards learning and development
Candidates from other industries are welcome to apply, as long as you have experience in technical or solution-based sales and are confident with CAD.
