Service Advisor – Westbury
Our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple locations nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor for their busy Westbury dealership.

Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process
Manage workshop loading, ensuring it remains current and optimised
Keep customers informed proactively about vehicle repair progress
Book vehicles in at convenient times, coordinating appointment schedules with workshop capacity
Identify customer requirements and provide accurate, comprehensive quotations
Produce detailed job cards, estimates, and invoices, ensuring data accuracy
Explain maintenance work and repairs clearly to customers, maximising sales opportunities
Generate warranty job cards in accordance with manufacturer policies
Record all work requirements comprehensively, including retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs
Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of necessary parts
Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and team to uphold high service standards
Liaise with vehicle manufacturers for warranty authorisations and procedures, ideally involving commercial vehiclesRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor similar role within the automotive industry
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and IT literacy (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop preferable)
A valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
Knowledge of warranty procedures and familiarity with commercial vehicles is advantageous, but not essential
