We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Officer to support efficient, compliant, and value-for-money purchasing across the College. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Officer, you’ll manage tender processes, maintain contract records, and provide expert guidance to ensure procurement best practice.
You will:
* Lead and support end-to-end tendering for goods and services
* Maintain supplier and contract databases
* Provide advice on compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Financial Regulations
* Conduct market research and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes
You need to:
* Have strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
* Be confident with MS Office and able to work under pressure
* Be willing to undertake CIPS training (study in own time)
* Ideally have public sector or educational procurement experience
* Join us and help shape how we source and manage the College’s contracts, all while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
