Employee Relations Manager** (Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Location: London/Hybrid (3 days per week on site) Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates Role Profile The ER Manager will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Employee Relations matters, working closely with HR Business Partners and management to ensure that all ER cases, including potential cases, are managed fairly, consistently, and in compliance with applicable employment legislation. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures and for managing HR Operations activities closely aligned with Employee Relations, in line with the size and complexity of the Company's workforce.
