Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your attention to detail and caring nature will ensure our residents feel comfortable and valued.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential. We value positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach when interacting with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff are required to complete safeguarding training relevant to their role.
