Social Work Team Manager – Family Support/Child Protection Team, Brixton (UK) – £45.20 Hourly, Full-Time, Hybrid Working. TO START ASAP – Ongoing.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly salary of £45.20 and the flexibility of hybrid working, requiring you to be in the office for a minimum of two days a week. What you will do:

– Lead and manage a team of dedicated social workers in the Family Support/Child Protection Team.
– Ensure the provision of high-quality services for children and families in Lambeth.
– Conduct regular case reviews, manage workloads, and oversee risk management processes.
– Liaise with a variety of services including early help, courts, and community partners to ensure a cohesive approach to child protection.
– Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a supportive and accountable working environment.
– Encourage innovation and best practice within the team to continuously improve service delivery.
