What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients in the acute medicine, older person's medicine, and general surgery departments.
2. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving patient's goals and improving their quality of life.
3. Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
4. Educate and support patients and their families on therapeutic processes and expected outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements.
6. Ensure all services comply with HCPC guidelines and maintain high standards of clinical care.
