We are currently looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager to lead on an exciting new £23m project based in Walton on Thames.
As Project Manager, you will be able to lead, develop and implement project strategy and delivery of the programme successfully. Ensure effective team leadership, communication and implementation to deliver the project on time, ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required. You will lead the project team, manage the supply chain to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations.
As a Tier 1 national contractor we have stringent commitments to sustainability and would expect our Project Manager to drive the team to exceed those targets (environmental, social value, etc.) as well as set the culture for quality delivery.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
* A successful track record of leading and delivery of complex projects.
* Controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets.
* Reading and accurately interpreting contract documents, programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
* Managing teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
* Appropriate CSCS card.
* First Aid at Work certificate.
* Valid driving licence.
* SMSTS certificate.
* Construction related degree.
* Working towards MCIOB.
* Use of Power Project planning software
