Your Role
* Support students with SEMH and SEND needs (Reception–Year 11)
* Manage challenging behaviour using structured, calm approaches
* Build strong, professional relationships with pupils
* Adapt learning activities to individual needs
* Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and engagement
* Help create a safe, focused learning environment

✅ What We’re Looking For
* Resilient, patient, and proactive individuals
* Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations
* Experience in education, SEN, care, youth work, or similar (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
