The Opportunity - Digital Marketing Manager
We are searching for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy. You will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including driving traffic to our new Parts Ecommerce Website and increasing awareness and buy-in for our parts products. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a proven track record in digital marketing, online advertising, social media, and customer acquisition strategies.
What does this role involve day to day?
Strategic Focus:
* Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Identify emerging trends and market opportunities in digital marketing.
* Set goals for lead generation, ecommerce conversions, and customer engagement.
Marketing Campaigns:
* Manage online marketing campaigns, content, advertising, and analytics.
* Analyze market trends to optimize performance and ROI.
* Coordinate with stakeholders like agencies and vendors.
Customer Acquisition:
* Execute customer acquisition strategies across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing.
* Optimize website traffic, conversions, and acquisition costs.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
Customer Experience:
* Create engaging online experiences to foster loyalty.
* Oversee customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
* Use customer feedback to improve the online journey.
Creative Design:
* Develop short-form digital content.
* Work within brand guidelines and brief agencies for content creation.
Stakeholder Management:
* Coordinate with departments for digital content.
* Promote a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture.
This will be suited to you if
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* You have at least 4 years of successful digital marketing experience.
* You have hands-on design skills for quick content creation.
* You understand digital marketing, advertising, and social media principles deeply.
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
