Job Title: Distribution Office Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 04:00 till 12:00
Location: Rochester

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator to join our busy kitchen distribution office. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and multitasking skills. You'll play a key part in keeping our delivery operations running smoothly-supporting drivers, porters, and customers throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driver Support & Debriefing:
o Welcome back drivers after their delivery runs and carry out debrief procedures
o Record delivery outcomes, issues, and paperwork accurately
* Customer Service:
o Answer incoming customer calls and provide updates on delivery times
o Resolve delivery queries or escalate issues where necessary
* Operations Coordination:
o Liaise with drivers and porters on the road to provide live updates or changes
o Track vehicle locations and delivery progress using internal systems
o Update internal systems with delivery statuses and notes
* General Admin Duties:
o Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and communication notes
o Support the distribution team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident using phones, email, and computer systems
* Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Good attention to detail and record keeping
* Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or fast-paced admin environment is a bonus
