Salary: £11.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Workers to join our friendly agency team in Bradford. You’ll work across a variety of settings including schools, residential homes, and community services – supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children, young people or adults with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD)
* Implementing tailored behaviour management strategies
* ️ Promoting a safe and positive environment
* Assisting with daily activities, personal care (if required), and community integration
* Collaborating with teachers, carers, therapists, and families
* Keeping accurate records and contributing to care/support plans

✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. SEN support, youth work, residential care)
* Calm, patient attitude and strong behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Ability to travel to various placements across Bradford
* Relevant training such as Team Teach, MAPA, or CPI (desirable but not essential)
