We are seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator to support ongoing infrastructure, cloud, and integration projects. This role will play a key part in helping onboard newly acquired companies, modernizing infrastructure, and ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and scalable.
1. Overtime: They are able to work OT, will clarify further with candidate upon offer.
2. Training: Initial training period will be 60–90 days and conducted onsite in Woodstock.

What You’ll Do
5. Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, minor Linux environments, and core network components.
6. Create, manage, and migrate virtual machines for integration projects.
7. Support and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy.
8. Manage Microsoft, Azure, Intune, and client application deployments.
9. Maintain and update Parallels VDI environments, including app publishing.
10. Implement and enforce security standards, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
11. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure infrastructure uptime.
12. Assist with on-site integrations across Canada, including user/email migrations and PC/network equipment deployment.
13. Manage backup systems and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
14. Provide Tier-3 escalation support for complex issues.
15. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Must-Haves
16. 3–6+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise environments.
17. Proven expertise with Windows Server – and some minor Linux environments.
18. Strong hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
19. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
20. Experience with Microsoft, Azure, and Intune administration.
21. Solid understanding of security protocols, patching, and vulnerability management.
22. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
23. Ability to travel periodically for integration and deployment work.
Nice-to-Haves
24. Experience storage systems, or advanced networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
25. Scripting experience with PowerShell, VBS, or Batch.
26. Experience in transportation/logistics, or prior involvement with M&A integrations.
27. Exposure to Parallels VDI environments.
