IT Support Technician / IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Desktop Support Analyst
Temporary position for leave cover, 3 weeks contract 9th of July to 30th of July, Tuesday to Thursday standard business hours on site in London. Good opportunity for someone who wants part time work while looking for a position.
Our client is a well-known global fashion brand with over 10,000 employees and offices across North America, EMEA and APAC.
They are looking for an IT support technician to join their office based in the City of London:
-Sole IT go to person and technician for the London office and support 50+ staff;
-Provide C-level support;
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
-Provide technical support across Macs/Windows, Windows server, IT network and VPN, printers, Office 365, AV/conference room, business system and applications;
-Vendor relationship management
Requirements:
-3 years + experience as IT support/desktop support/service desk analyst;
-Good knowledge in Mac and Windows, Office 365, network and VPN;
-Customer oriented and user friendly;
-Great communication skills
Please note that this is a temp 3 weeks contract between 10th of July and 30th of July, Tuesday to Thursday standard business hours. Inside IR35 contract offers £225 per day. On site in London.
