The Role:

Joining our Education Visits Team as an Educational Visits Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and services to plan and deliver high-quality, enriching visits and outdoor learning experiences for children and young people.
What you’ll do:
* Provide administrative and technical support for EVOLVE, our Educational Visits approval and resource platform.
* Manage training administration, including first aid courses and conferences.
* Triage and respond to email queries, ensuring timely and accurate action.
* Work closely with Advisers and Trainers to support the delivery of safe and effective educational visits.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage queries professionally.
* Confidence in using digital systems and platforms.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role would be an advantage.
