Role Description:
This is a part-time role as a Customer Service Representative at Jigsaw Finance. The role involves:
* Speaking to customers to answer inbound inquiries and queries
* Calling customers to discuss their finance offers
* Using our CRM to update customer records
* Assessing customer finance needs and directing them to lenders for approval
* Communicating with employees and introducers via telephone and Microsoft Teams
The role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers to support their buying decisions and individual circumstances.
The Role:
* Between 12-20 hours per week
* Every Saturday and Sunday (required), plus time Monday to Friday
* Training in the office Monday to Friday before starting the rota
* Office locations in Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield, and Ashton
Skills:
* Previous customer service skills and/or administrative experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT proficiency and experience with CRM systems
