About the Role Daily Coordination - Act as the first point of contact for staff absences each morning, checking emails and phone messages. - Update internal systems and begin arranging the day’s cover needs promptly. Scheduling - Build the daily cover schedule using internal staff, external agency supply, and your own supervised sessions. - Liaise professionally with supply agencies to secure appropriate classroom supervision. Classroom Supervision - Deliver pre-set work to classes and maintain a calm, positive working environment. - Ensure students remain focused, supported, and engaged in their tasks.
