The caseload will focus primarily on RTA claims, across both portal and non-portal work. Key responsibilities Managing a full caseload of claimant PI claims end-to-end Progressing Fast Track cases in line with SLAs Handling claims via the MOJ & OIC portals (Stages 1-3) Managing RTA and general personal injury matters Delivering consistently high levels of client care Maintaining accurate records across case management systems About you Experienced in claimant personal injury litigation (qualification not essential) Background as a Litigator, Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, or Solicitor Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal and claims process Able to manage a busy caseload independently Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, client-focused approach Credit hire experience or knowledge is highly desirable Why this role stands out This is more than just another PI role - it's an opportunity to: Join a firm with clear growth plans and momentum Be part of a collaborative and supportive team Build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities Interested?
