* Proven experience in business analysis within financial services, ideally in change delivery or transformation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with structured problem-solving ability.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documenting user stories.
Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, preparing business cases, and creating functional specifications.
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Solid understanding of the regulatory environment, with the ability to follow all compliance processes and policies.
