A longstanding client of Trinity House Group is looking for an enthusiastic Management Accountant who has a passion for implementing change and driving efficiency. This is a great opportunity for a finalist/newly-qualified Accountant to develop their experience and gain exposure to a high-turnover organisation.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team and various departments within the organisation to provide accurate and insightful financial information to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
2. Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
4. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and financial targets.
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
6. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with auditors as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
