Description
As a Learning & Development Manager, you'll play a central role in our Client's people development strategy, helping teams reach their full potential. You'll deliver engaging, blended learning solutions, support leadership progression, and embed their Values & Behaviours across the business. Key Accountabilities and Measures
Lead the local L&D agenda, aligning with business transformation.
Identify and address development needs with Management and HR.
Design and deliver engaging, blended learning for operational teams.
Support line managers in developing people management skills.
Implement the annual L&D plan and maintain accurate training records via the LMS.
Coach and develop skills trainers for high-quality, consistent delivery.
Support the development of junior talent and apprentices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites, with regular travel required.Profile
The successful L&D Manager should have:
Expertise in Learning & Development, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to promote a learning culture.
Deep knowledge of the learning cycle, accelerated learning techniques, and adult learning theory.
Experience with learning technologies and blended learning solutions.
Understanding of management development theory and best practice.
Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Lancashire
Full UK Driving License.
Ideally have an FMCG/ Manufacturing backgroundJob Offer
