Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-6.
* Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Provide consultation and training to school staff on best practices for supporting student mental health.
* Engage in direct therapeutic services to students, addressing a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute valuable insights on student needs.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
* Stay informed about developments in psychological practices and educational policies.
Qualifications:
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field.
* Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification.
* Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
* Strong munication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data and use it to inform practice and decision-making.
