The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to join a growing Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team. The role involves working on a diverse caseload spanning both practice areas, offering broad exposure to a range of matters and the chance to build specialist expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence files with appropriate supervision, while also supporting senior solicitors and partners on more complex cases. The role involves maintaining regular client contact, ensuring matters progress efficiently, and contributing to the ongoing development of team processes and best practice. Candidate Profile Applicants should have up to two years’ post-qualification experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence and be comfortable managing files independently with guidance where required. Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills are essential, as is a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client care.
