up to £57,000 base salary plus £6,500 car allowance and bonus

The Role:
We are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growth and highly profitable PE backed business based in Northamptonshire on the hire of a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop budgeting and forecasting data for capital expenditures and development costs and incorporate them into long-term planning and overall budget and forecast models.
* Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review updated cost-to-complete estimates for construction projects, questioning assumptions and schedules when appropriate.
* Serve as the financial lead in assessing new development initiatives and potential pipeline projects.
* Assist with preparation of subsidiary statutory accountants on an annual basis
* Adhoc project work as instructed by the Finance Director and Financial Controller.
The Ideal Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant
* Strong communicator with the ability to challenge internal stakeholders
* A true value add mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
* Ideally you will have some experience managing ongoing projects from a financial standpoint.
What they Offer:
* Up to £57,000 base salary
* £6,500 car allowance
* 25% Bonus model (split across EBITDA and personal performance)
* Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
