Childcare Lawyer Bexley, London (Local Authority role) Contract role - Maternity Cover Hourly rate: Neg otiable (Umbrella) Indicate rate sought 36 hours per week 4 days remote, 1 day in the office (Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7AT) Manage a caseload of pre-proceedings, care proceedings, DOLs and provide general advice on all child protection public law issues. Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with additional practice rights, minimum 3 years PQE. LA experience desirable. One stage interview, panel of two Principal Solicitors or one Principal and one Senior Solicitor.
