Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver inspiring and hands-on lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where children feel confident and excited about learning. Regularly assess and track the progress of each child, setting individual goals and offering constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with other EYFS team members to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns. Participate in school meetings, training, and other professional development activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in EYFS (preferably Reception). Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how to apply it effectively in the classroom. A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of all children.
