Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
* Managing client files, maintaining accurate records, and updating case management systems
* Carrying out searches, ID checks, and other compliance procedures
* Providing excellent client care, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
* Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal support role is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
* IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
