Job Description
* Assist the finance team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance.
* Reconciliations.
* Accounts Receivable/Credit Control.
* Communicate with international clients and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
* Immediately available or available within short notice.
* Fluency/good working knowledge of another language is essential.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
