This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and stakeholder influence, driving decisions across multiple product and customer areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end analytics projects across customer, product, and marketing domains
* Analyse large-scale behavioural and transactional datasets to generate actionable insights
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g. statistical modelling, predictive analytics, causal inference)
* Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Partner with business teams to define problems and shape analytical approaches
* Deliver high-quality presentations and storytelling that influence strategic decisions
* Continuously improve analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies
* Support and mentor team members, contributing to a strong analytics culture
Requirements
* Proven experience using data to influence commercial or strategic decisions
* Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
* Experience with Python and/or R for advanced analytics
* Strong background in statistical modelling, forecasting, or predictive analytics
* Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience managing end-to-end analytics projects independently
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
