Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Denton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £47,000 DOE + Training + Other Benefits
Shifts: Monday-Friday, No Nights and No weekends, Early Finish Every Friday
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a fast-paced role where every day brings a new challenge? Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing team and help ensure production runs efficiently and reliably.
The Role
* Conduct both PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of FMCG machinery
* Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance performance
* Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Maintenance Engineer NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (either electrical or mechanical bias considered)
* Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing environments desired
* Strong fault-finding ability across PLCs, conveyors
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, can-do approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
