Job Title: Inbound Customer Service/Sales Advisor Belfast
Job Description: The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This role provides customer service support and resolves routine problems regarding clients' products or services.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving inbound calls and establishing customer needs while building rapport.
2. Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
3. Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge, and offer management.
4. Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals.
5. Ensuring accurate information, quotes, and pricing are provided to customers.
6. Upselling and cross-selling products and services to maximize opportunities.
7. Following all appropriate FSA regulations.
Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
* Proficient in English (oral and written).
* Flexible to work shifts between 7:45 am – 9 pm on weekdays and 7:45 am – 8 pm on weekends.
* Commitment to 100% training attendance.
