The Role
* Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients
* Manage client flow, queues, and appointments in a high-traffic luxury setting
* Act as the first point of contact, representing the boutique with poise and confidence
* Support sales teams by ensuring clients are directed and attended to efficiently
* Maintain a calm, polished front of house during peak periods
* Uphold impeccable presentation and service standards at all times
The Profile
* Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end hospitality
* Strong presence, articulate communication, and natural warmth
* Immaculate grooming and exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to remain composed, discreet, and professional under pressure
