Your responsibilities will include supervising and training your team to ensure excellent service delivery, meeting client measures and deadlines. About the role:
The primary recruitment area is Ellesmere Port, covering the following postcode areas:

The role involves 30 hours per week, with supervisory tasks for 12 hours at £12.70/hour and client merchandising tasks for 18 hours at £12.21/hour.
How you'll deliver excellence:
* Supervising: Support the coordination of the merchandising schedule and coach team members on merchandising principles and procedures.
* Compliance and Standards: Uphold high standards, adhere to guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols, including following planograms for consistency.
* Product Placement and Replenishment: Organise products on shelves to maximise visibility and appeal.
* Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up displays and signage to communicate offers effectively.
* Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with store colleagues and provide feedback to client teams via our feedback application.
What makes you excellent:
* Willing to travel across the designated area.
* Possess a full UK driving license and a suitable vehicle for business use.
* Comfortable with manual handling and product movement.
* Experience in retail merchandising, retail, or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently within set timeframes and use initiative.
* Pride in delivering high standards for clients.
* Experience supervising, training, or coaching colleagues is a plus.
* Willing to accept home deliveries of POS or stock items (additional pay).
* Confident in using a company tablet for tasks such as downloading briefs, taking photos, and answering questions.
