£32.5K - £37.5K DOE + £20K Bonus + Excellent Benefits | OTE £52.5K - £57.5K
We are looking for a commercially minded Retention Manager to join a growing client management function. This role is ideal for someone with a background in retention, renewals, or account management who is ready to lead a team and drive results.
The Role:
* Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Relationship Executives
* Oversee client renewals and retention targets
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved
* Coach and develop team members through regular reviews and training
* Support with client and broker meetings to maximise retention and upsell opportunities
* Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and results
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a team leader or management role
* Commercially driven with strong client retention experience
* Clear and adaptable communication skills
* Strong track record of achieving KPIs and targets
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
