Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand recruitment needs across the European region.
2. Proactively source and engage potential candidates through job platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
3. Assist in interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination of the hiring process.
4. Support onboarding activities and ensure accurate candidate documentation and data entry into internal HR systems.
5. Participate in recruitment-related events and assist in employer branding initiatives.
6. Contribute to HR projects involving diversity, well-being, and employee engagement.
