Job Summary
The Village Surgeries, based in Croston and Eccleston, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated salaried GP to join our friendly practice. The role involves 4 sessions a week, scheduled over Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, patient‑centred primary care services.
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Prescribe medication in accordance with current guidelines.
* Complete referrals where necessary.
* Maintain accurate clinical records.
* Participate in practice and clinical meetings.
* Conduct face‑to‑face appointments, telephone appointments and home visits as required.
Qualifications
* Qualified GP with completion of training (CCT).
* Full GMC registration.
* National Performers List.
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
Desirable
* Experience with EMIS.
* Experience in general practice.
* Knowledge of GP contracts and understanding of general practice.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Punctual and committed to supporting the team.
Additional Information
* Contract: Permanent, Part‑time.
* Working pattern: four sessions on Thursday and Friday; clinics include morning and afternoon sessions.
* Salary: depending on experience.
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check required.
* UK registration required.
