The role
You'll work closely with experienced partners and associates, gaining exposure to a broad range of property disputes, including:
* Commercial & residential landlord and tenant matters
* Service charge and boundary disputes
* Adverse possession, rights of way, and title issues
* Enfranchisement and lease extension claims
* Possession proceedings and development-related disputes
From day one, you'll benefit from direct client contact, structured mentoring, and early responsibility, while being supported to develop your technical and commercial skills.
