Document Requirements:Collect, evaluate, and document project requirements, ensuring they are within scope and approved by Subject Matter Experts. Champion Governance:Advocate for adherence to project governance processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance delivery efficiency. What We're Looking For: Experience:Proven track record in business analysis across multiple projects in the utilities sector or similar industries. Analytical Skills:Strong ability to capture, document, and evaluate business requirements effectively. Project Lifecycle Knowledge:Extensive understanding of project lifecycle processes and change management concepts. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Problem Solver:Proactive in identifying risks and issues, and skilled in devising contingency plans. Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment, alongside permanent and contract resources. Qualifications: BCS (Formerly ISEB) Business Analysis Diploma/Certificates is essential. Beneficial knowledge of Network and Information Systems Regulations and the energy generation sector.
